BDCM is newly located in a high profile ground floor showroom in the heart of Hampstead Village, BDCM now offer visibility and accessibility to their clients.
Having specialised in both listed buildings and extensive refurbishments, the experience gained over this period allows us to be strategically placed to provide a depth and intelligence of knowledge and expertise that will “add-value” to our Clients projects.
Specialising predominantly in the residential sector, whilst containing to expand in the commercial sector and primarily finding our projects in Hampstead, St.Johns Wood, and Chelsea. We have accumulated significant local knowledge, strategic relationships, and a wealth of professional, trade, and finishing contacts, to pass on to our Clients.
Aside from the key Directors, we have now an in-house team capable of assisting the projects in both management, design and construction detail.
We pride ourselves on providing our Clients with total transparency, 24 hour availability, including weekend or evening meetings and a highly motivated team. Added to the above is our ability to provide introductions, and assist on procurements with respected retailers, suppliers, and trades all at totally visible trade discounts to be passed on directly to the Clients.

BDCM project managed a complete refurbishment of my house. I engaged them initially purely to be project managers but they ended up sourcing builders and an interior designer for me and literally took away all of the headaches of a major London house restructuring and refurbishment. Purely due to BDCM, the project was finished on time and within budget. I am probably one of the few people not to sigh (or cry) when they talk about their house refurbishment and that is down to BDCM.
Collaboration, co-operation and communication are key to creating and delivering a smooth successful project, this was achieved working with BDCM Construction and Project Management on a full refurbishment in a residential home in Hampstead, including structural changes to create an open plan loft room, bathroom and joinery design, creating an open plan kitchen and living area as well as updating other existing areas in the house including the staircase. BDCM managed the contractor harmoniously, planning officers and consents whilst we provided the design and aesthetics of the project.

I wish you had TEN STARS!!! My husband and I employed Andrew and Daniel to fully Project Manage the refurbishment to a much smaller apartment in Holland Park. Not only did we downsize, I am disabled…so we needed expert advice on door widths, showers, height of counters, etc.
These wonderful people managed all facets of necessary Licenses, and surveys, and helping us understand plans.
They introduced us to a most fabulous and professional building team. Andrew and Daniel also made available to us any other trade contacts we needed. Their understanding of our budgeting; finding for us less expensive door handles, etc. made us their fans forever!
We hope never to move again, but believe us when we say that if we have to do this again, the first call we make will be to BDCM Construction and Project Management.
