Case Study - BCIS Information - Available Information - Cost
Approach
This part of the site has been designed to:
- Allow the user to observe the information making up the database that has been selected from BCIS. By clicking on the Available Information link, the user can access the various forms of information and the data making them up, including
- Gross and Functional costs per metre
- Group and detailed cost elemental cost analyses
- Time and location indices
- Enable the user to access the various models and build their own models. By clicking on the relevant cost model link, the user can access the various models that have been built by the authors, using data derived from the BCIS as highlighted above. The user can also build their own costmodels, based on their own selected design parameters
