Brief and feasibility

 The client has indicated that a manufacturing facility is required in the North West of England that is capable of increasing the organisations production capability by 25%. The organisations current output is produced by a manufacturing facility in the South East however the organization are attracted to Liverpool due to the availability of skilled staff and its good communication links.

Production requirements:	Highly serviced electronic plant required with bench style production faculty. Typical services from the plant in the SE, (refer to drawings)
Employees:	30 semi skilled employees and 12 of managers/support sales staff.
Site details:	brown field site on outskirts of Liverpool, service availability OK, access from main road.
Building:	approx 1000m2., required within eighteen months
Quality:	Building to act as regional centre for sales and client meetings
