  • 24 hour, 7 days a week, access to BDCM – including weekend and evening meetings with Clients
  • Trade discounts negotiated on all procurements
  • Fixed fees negotiated with Professional teams
  • 12 month post contract Agreement to ensure snagging and defects are completed by the Contractor

Construction Management

Construction Management

  • Pre advice on Planning, budgeting, timing, and Quantity Surveyor budget estimate.
  • Fixed price commitment of a full Professional and Design Team, appointed by BDCM
  • Manage the entire Planning Process , utilising 20 years of experience and relationships with Councils etc.
  • Providing assistance to Clients on all procurements, including the ability to ensure the full trade discount is provided.
  • Provide a full construction team , including specialist sub-contractors of proven worth and experience
  • Appointed Quantity Surveyor or Solicitor to deal with all Contract documentation, warranties and insurances and negotiation of build price.
  • Weekly meeting with Clients throughout the entire project.
  • Fortnightly reports and monthly valuations ( Quantity Surveyor ) , programmes and procurement schedules.
  • 24 hour, 7 days a week, access to BDCM – including weekend and evening meetings with Clients
  • Full site supervision, monitoring, interface and management role.
  • 12 month post contract Agreement to ensure snagging and defects are completed by the Contractor

  • Having been Awarded 2 Civic Awards for works on Listed Buildings , BDCM are well versed on both a full Project or Construction Management role.
  • Full understanding of the requirement for both Planning and Listed Building Consent.
  • Long standing success record on assisting the Planning and Development of numerous Grade 2 , Grade 2 Star and a Grad 1 Listed house.
  • Specialist team of professionals and contractors who BDCM have worked with in this field.
  • Current projects include achieving full Planning and Listed Building Consents in Loudoun Road and Hamilton Terrace and Cheltenham Terrace – all in London.
  • Previous projects include Breakspeare House ,Essendon Manor, Tewin Water School, Westoning Manor – a mix of Grade 1 to Grade 2 star Listed Building where BDCM procured the entire Planning and refurbishment of the entire project.
